Class Descriptions

Vinyasa Flow
Our Vinyasa Flow is designed to draw you from the distractions of the day and into the present moment beginning with a pranayama/breathwork helping you ground into the practice & release any tension & stress in readiness for a mix of energising asanas/postures to build strength & flexibility. The session ends with a soothing, guided shavasana/relaxation for a feeling of rejuvenation & calm.

Clinical Pilates
Led by our very experienced teacher Liz with expertise in Pilates rehabilitation, athletic conditioning, Osteo Pilates, Neuro Pilates, Parkinson’s movement, pelvic floor Pilates and various forms of equipment-based Pilates and yoga.
We’re here to help you on your journey to recovery and strength.
These small group sessions are designed to provide focus on targeted exercises to support rehabilitation and improve overall body strength, whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a condition, or simply aiming to strengthen and stabilize specific areas of the body.

Pilates
Pilates promotes body awareness & uses a series of exercises focussed on spinal/pelvic alignment and correct breathing techniques to strengthen the core.
Improve muscular balance & strength, posture & coordination. No impact, easy on the joints. Helps relieve stress & back pain.

Yang/Yin (Vinyasa Flow to Slow)
An all-encompassing practice starting with a short grounding
pranayama/breathwork to help refocus, followed by a Vinyasa style Yoga practice moving into nourishing slow Yin postures to reach the deep connective tissues. The session ends with a soothing led Shavasana for total tranquillity, relaxation, rejuvenation.

Yogalates
Transform body and mindset with Yogalates classes that strengthen, tone, stretch, improve balance, and relieve stress.
We use exercises to target deep core muscles and build strength and muscle tone using resistance training.
This combination of Pilates and Yoga will bring balance leaving you feeling uplifted, stronger and centred.

Morning Rise & Shine
Yoga Flow
Start your day with a sense of serenity and vitality in our Gentle Morning Yoga class. This class is designed to help you ease into your day, stretching & awakening your body and mind through a series of yoga poses & mindful breathing exercises. You can expect a sequence of slow, flowing movements & static poses. The class will progress, allowing you to connect with your body & your breath.

Sports Stretch
A group stretch class. Suitable for anyone looking to correct muscular imbalances, improve strength and range of motion around joints, lengthen tight feeling muscles, enhance core stability & postural control, boost general fitness whilst being mindful of breathing patterns. Facilitates functional fitness for daily activities & sports. Promotes an active recovery, aiming to keep you free from stiffness or pain that may be restricting your athletic training & performance.

Group Meditation
By meditating in a group, vibrations are raised as a collective. In a small intimate setting you create a safe space that increases empathy & community. We utilise a number of modalities in our Meditation sessions including breathwork, sound therapy and energy healing (Reiki & Theta).
