Yogalates is a mindful, award-winning practice that blends the core-strengthening precision of Pilates with the breath awareness, postures, and calming qualities of Yoga. The class focuses on developing functional core strength, postural alignment, and ease of movement through Pilates-based exercises, layered with breath to support balance, stability, and nervous system regulation. A combination of static holds, slow-flow movement, and foundational standing and balancing postures helps build strength and flexibility in a steady, supported way. Yogalates is designed to be inclusive and adaptable, catering for a wide range of body types, conditions, ages, and fitness levels. Clear guidance and options are offered throughout, so everyone can work at an appropriate level and feel both supported and appropriately challenged. Each session finishes with a soothing Savasana, leaving you feeling strong, grounded, and restored.

Cancellation Policy

We value your commitment to staying active and healthy. To ensure fair access to our classes for all clients, we require you to make cancellations or reschedule at least 12 hours before the start of class. Cancellations/reschedules made after this notice period will incur a charge of the class pass. No-shows will be treated the same. This policy allows us time to offer unused spots to other members and maintain a seamless scheduling process.
